Thrive with EQ

Community Guidelines

These apply to every forum across Heal, Shield, Lead, and Academy.

The Short Version

Be real. Be kind. Be useful. Don't perform.

The Full Version

1. This is a space for real work, not performance

Post because you have something genuine to share, ask, or process. Not because you want to be seen posting. The difference is obvious to everyone in the room, and it sets the tone for what this space becomes.

2. Respect the container

Each forum exists for a reason and is gated for a reason. What is shared here stays here. Do not screenshot. Do not quote people outside this space without their explicit permission. This is especially important in the programme forums where vulnerability is part of the work.

3. Disagree with ideas, not people

You will encounter perspectives that challenge yours. That is the point. Engage with the idea. Ask questions. Push back on the argument. Never attack the person making it.

4. No selling, no self-promotion, no recruiting

This is not a networking event. Do not promote your business, your services, your programme, or your social media. If your expertise is genuinely relevant to someone's question, share the knowledge, not the link to your landing page.

5. No unsolicited advice on someone's healing

When someone shares something personal, especially in the Heal forums, your job is to witness, not to fix. Do not diagnose. Do not prescribe. Do not tell people what they should feel or do unless they specifically ask for input.

6. Flag, don't fight

If you see something that violates these guidelines or makes you uncomfortable, use the report function. Do not engage in public arguments about moderation. We handle it.

7. Nadja's presence

Nadja participates in these forums personally. She reads more than she posts. When she responds, it is because something genuinely moved her or because she has something specific to add. Do not tag her for attention. She will show up when the moment calls for it.

8. What gets you removed

Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, doxxing, or any form of targeted cruelty: immediate removal, no warnings.

Repeated self-promotion after one warning: removal.

Sharing confidential forum content externally: removal. Everything else gets a conversation first.

One Last Thing

These forums exist because you invested in yourself. The membership you hold, the programme you are in, the masterclass you took — you chose that. This community is made of people who made the same choice. Treat it accordingly.

Guidelines effective April 2026. Updated as the community grows.
