Meet the founder

I'm Nadja.

I spent twenty years at NATO making decisions in rooms where presence was currency and the cost of getting it wrong was measured in lives. I burned out in 2018. There were systems for everything except what was happening inside me.

I healed what I had carried since I was six. Then I fell for a scam — a woman who had studied manipulation from the outside got caught from the inside, because no one had ever taught me to maintain the emotional architecture protecting me.

I built Thrive with EQ for that reason. Not as a coaching brand. As the infrastructure no one built for what is happening inside you while AI rebuilds everything around you.
